The Making Of A LaunchBox

Our goal is to provide delicious, high protein, high fiber, organic, non-GMO, sustainably farmed foods whenever possible.

Of course, fresh foods are best, yet I've learned from my clients that it's not always easy to shop, prep and cook such meals or snacks. So we provide fun fuel foods that only require a microwave, hot water or blender. Our foods have a longer shelf life, and do not require refrigeration (until opened) or freezer space.

We pride ourselves on taste-testing so we know our selection is DELICIOUS, and NUTRITIOUS. Our choices are "better than" the vending machine, fast food and what so many processed foods lack.

What is your Shipping Policy?

We aim to ship within 24-48 hours. Otherwise we guarantee bi-monthly ship dates (12th and 26th) of each month. So if you order on the 8th it will ship no later than the 12th and if you order on the 18th it will ship no later than the 26th. Currently we only ship in the USA.

Can I Change or Substitute Items in A Box?

We plan to offer this option in the future.

What is your Return Policy?

LaunchBox Wellness will accept returns of unopened items within 10 days for a full refund and shipping is to be paid by recipient. LaunchBox Wellness will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged items or credit the value, and will send a replacement as soon as possible if notified within 14 days.
